The doctor was terrible he didn’t team a take a look at my throat and didn t run any test….so I had to leave and go to the emergency room… where they had to give me pain medicine and antibiotics to help because he didn’t nothing….i was in the back maybe 10 min

They were very wonderful listeners and they made you feel very welcomed and appreciative for your visit not as if they were annoyed you were there. The nurse who checked me in was very nice and thanked me for completing the online check-in prior to my arrival which made the wait time way less. I also enjoyed the way the Dr communicated with me and made me feel like I was actually talking to a friend rather than my Dr. I also was waiting for my ride who was a little late in picking me up and they ensured me if I didn’t have anymore questions and proceeded to give me a water while I waited which I greatly appreciated as well. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I arrived 15 minutes prior to my annual physical appointment and was taken in within 5 minutes of waiting. Blood test and prerequisite checks(blood pressure, temperature, questions, etc.) were taken before my actual appointment time. Physician had conducted his checks and I was out whithin about 5 minutes. I received my blood results the next day. The staff were friendly and very informative.

El Dr. Jaxel López es tremendo médico. Cada vez que voy a su consulta, me atiende con calma y dedicación, escuchando con atención cada detalle. Nunca me hace sentir que está apurado, y eso me da mucha confianza porque sé que de verdad le importa lo que uno siente. Además, siempre tiene un trato súper profesional y respetuoso. Es de esos doctores que uno aprecia porque se nota que está comprometido con dar un buen cuidado a sus pacientes. De verdad lo recomiendo sin pensarlo dos veces.

Similar to some other reviews I read here, the MD barely listened to and spoke about irrelevant things such as his home internet as opposed to being more concerned about my health. I also asked for a Rx to be filled, which he promised to do and did, just for my Rx to be canceled later that day because he wanted my visit to be double billed as a preventative and Follow-up visit all at once. When I reached out to the office, I was told that I would have to schedule a follow-up visit with him just to get a script. As someone who also works in the healthcare field that seemed suspicious to me, because I wasn't even contacted to review my lab results with me and there are many other encounter types that could be created for such things. In summary, this practice just seemed to be more concerned about finances than my personal health and canceling a GI script to force me to come in seemed diabolical. Never visiting this practice again!!
