JBVitalMD Telemedicine Texas
JBVitalMD is a telemedicine-only internal medicine clinic offering same-day virtual visits across Texas.
We provide affordable, self-pay care for adults with a wide range of needs—including acute symptoms, chronic condition management, primary care, medication refills, and preventive health.
All visits are $75 self-pay. No insurance is accepted. A $45 fee applies for late cancellations or no-shows.
After booking, patients will receive links via email to:

✔ Join the secure video visit
✔ Submit payment before the appointment
Appointments without completed payment will be canceled.
Please note: We do not prescribe opioid medications.

Listened to all my symptoms, thoughts, and concerns instead of dismissing me and making his own conclusions like other doctors have done in the past. He took into account a variety of factors and asked questions for a better understanding. He then explained what he thought was going on and WHY, which is huge for me. Would definitely see him again.
