She saw me. She heard me. She acted on things observed at once. Bloodwork, done by Anna, who noticed something she thought was missing. The person that took the information conferred with me re medication, etc. we got it right, I think. I came home so happy.

I finally feel heard from a provider i truly cried of happiness for the first time in year someone took my medical claims seriously and reassured me that we would tackle each and every one of my concerns one at a time. She even wrote everything i said in our medical note, the best doctor I’ve ever seen! I will forever be thankful for her compassion, her eagerness to help and her love for her patients.

It was a positive interaction but I later found out she misread my bloodwork and prescribed me a drug I didn’t need. More attention should have been made to the bloodwork and if she wasn’t sure she should have said that.
