I'm happy I found this doctor's office. I originally booked for Maria Jill Alfonso, but was seen by Kelly Loggins. I had a great experience with both the front desk staff and with Kelly. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Kelly was extremely kind and listened to all my questions and concerns. It's hard finding doctor offices in this town, but I will definitely be sticking with this office finally!

I’ve only had one visit but so far it went well. I will say if you book an appointment for 1 o’clock be aware they do lunch from 12 to 1 so if they ask you to show up early to fill out paperwork don’t because they won’t be there lol not mad at them for that but would’ve been nice to know especially on my first appointment

Made my way over to the office to find out the office doesn’t accept my insurance. When I asked do they do prior authorization on their new patients, they answered no. They asked if I booked on this site and I answered yes, they said they never updated the information. Waste of time, do not book here to find out they don’t accept your insurance.

The doctor called me after I booked and uploaded insurance. She said she didn’t accept it so I said go ahead and cancel. I never received a confirmation of cancellation. They kept sending me reminders about my upcoming appointment. They called again and said the same thing. Then I told them I already canceled. Then she hung up on me when I said I already cancelled. I continued to get messages for upcoming appointment. They caused quite a bit of confusion for themselves and I wouldn’t recommend.

Unfortunately the office waited until the day of the appointment to leave a voicemail that my appointment needed to be rescheduled due to new patients could not be scheduled late. Upon my arrival i was informed. I understood about scheduling , but didn't understand why when the appointment was confirmed the days before I was not notified.

I booked an appointment with a urologist for an urgent matter that I described in great detail when I received a confirmation email requesting more information . I received various messages confirming my appointment date and time, requesting insurance information, photos of my ID back and front, and a message giving me directions to the office. I made an appointment a week before. I get to the office, which is a 30 minute drive on continuous flow of oxygen, when I arrived there was no handicapped entrance or elevators to the second floor. I struggled to carry two oxygen tanks up two sets of stairs, and when I entered the suite 240 there were 4 people working behind a large desk. I said I was here for an apt at 1pm and they said they don’t have an apt for me. Then I told them I made the apt a week ago with the urologist . I was told that there is no urologist there. They said they knew that I made the apt on Zocdoc a week ago, and they could have called me

Office is too small and people in the waiting room can hear your Buisness. Also during my visit the dr asked if I want testing done I said yes and she opened the door and told it to the ma to where the whole office can hear

I had a positive experience with the provider, but unfortunately, the front desk staff—specifically the receptionist furthest from the wall—was incredibly frustrating. She did not fill out my paperwork correctly, which forced me to come back for two additional appointments. Instead of taking responsibility for her mistake, she gave me attitude and I had to point out what was missing, including the necessary codes. It's disappointing that such basic information seemed to elude her. What should have been a straightforward process turned into three visits plus additional time spent with another facility due to their errors. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience. While the provider was excellent, the facility's quality and the professionalism of the staff left much to be desired.

The initial office space looked very sketchy but I proceeded. After filling out a poorly scanned form, the receptionist repeatedly asked me questions while I was in the lobby and she was at her desk. I was the only person there at the time but it felt very strange having conversation about medical questions across the room. The walls were very thin and not only did I hear my first and last name being communicated amongst the employees but I heard a phone call to the business loud and clearly, because it was taken on speakerphone while I was in the room. This is a place I would not trust my medical information being respected with privacy. The doctor was fine and helpful. One power tool did not look clean or like a first time use top piece. She answered my questions but I do not see myself coming back ever
