This was my first visit at the office. It just happens the appointment I had made was right in the midst of a pandemic. Everyone was polite and pleasant. I have not been to a primary care doctor in about 10 years due to never being able to find an office I felt comfortable in. This off ran smoothly with great bedside manner. Highly recommend

Dr Karlene Nafey is fantastic! Extremely family oriented. I changed both of my children's Dr to her. She's extremely thorough, makes myself and my children, feel comfortable, and she has a great sense of humor. She is the best, I highly recommend her.

As a first time patient to this Doctor’s Office, my 1st impression wasn’t very good by the 4 front desk ladies that were sitting there. I was standing in front of the front desk for 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. This Doctor’s office is really nice. Karlyn is a real nice PA, but the front desk ladies aren’t up to par at all. Ms. Karlyn was very attentive to my pain, and she showed compassion.

Fantastic office. My Doctor was Dr. Reed, and she's friendly, answers all of my concerns, has bee thorough with diagnosing my stuff. It's just nice to come see a doctor and not being spoken down to and treated like a person. Would go out of my way to keep coming back to this office.

I was the last appointment of the night and did not feel rushed at all. I am a new patient having been with my previous dr for 22 years but she retired. My sister in law highly recommended her family’s doctor. I saw Nurse practitioner Danielle and she was amazing! My whole family has a new doctor now!

LOVED my first visit...I saw Dr Karlyn Nafey and she could not have been more personable, professional, thorough, courteous & fun. I was greeted by the staff who were all very kind and waited for just a few minutes in the waiting room. Upon meeting Dr Katlyn I could not have been more impressed with her bedside manner. She made the visit fun and treated me as if I was not just another patient. Looking forward to my next visit. Thank you!

It was my first time visiting this office and from the moment I walked in everything was so calm and efficient. I waited about 10 minutes while I filmed out forms. That was the only con I would say in the entire appointment I had already filled everything out on zocdoc. Otherwise the nurses and doctor were patient, understanding, and very reassuring. They were very nice and eager to help. It was a fantastic experience
