REally great. Easy to talk to and Non-judgmental. It went better than I thought it would.

I had a very positive experience. Went in for anxiety issues. Dr. Sharf strikes a nice balance between being supportive and also being gently challenging. Learned some strategies to reduce my symptoms, but honestly I think talking about the stuff I had been pushing aside for maybe too many years was just as helpful if not more so.

I worked with Dr. Sharf over ten years ago. I thought she was able to strike a nice balance between listening to me and my concerns and offering her own feedback. Therapy was hard work and took a while, but it really did help me feel better (partway through I changed jobs, which definitely helped, too). Right before the pandemic I went through a rough patch and met with Dr. Sharf again for a few booster sessions. I thought she might not remember me, but she totally did and it was nice to not have to tell my whole story all over again. Long story short, highly recommend!
