My specialty is toxicity. I work with individuals and couples experiencing complicated, narcissistic, and toxic relationships. I help people to better understand their circumstances and work within them if they are choosing to do so. I help you part with the relationship as well if you choose, but I always first explore why you want to leave or to stay. Even at the first session we discuss ways that you can re-work the energy in the relationship - whether it is a significant other, parent, sibling, boss, or spouse. I do not tell you to continue to explain yourself. I help you to understand the situation and rebalance the energy and behave differently, both with words and with actions.
