Jennifer Hillberry Counseling

Since obtaining my masters in marriage, couple, and family counseling 10 years ago, I have been working with individuals and families learn the tools they need to be the best version of themselves! Currently, I focus on individual therapy using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy principles. My passion lies in working with individuals living with anxiety, those going through life transitions, and developing a sense of self. My hope is to help those I work with feel more empowered to manage all that life brings more confidently.
