I started learning human behavior to answer these questions. I wanted to help people to improve their life, find their way to harmony and understand themselves better. I can help you reconnect with the inner strength that already lies dormant within you. Together we can awaken your passion for life. Dr. D'Alessandro has helped me immensely with my mental health struggles. We have worked together for two years and the personal growth I have experienced has changed my life for the better. Those close to me have taken note of my progress as well. She has helped me to explore and process my feelings, develop methods to maintain emotional stability and push myself into uncomfortable situations. Her approach is conversational and personal, and she helps you come to your own conclusions. I would highly recommend a chat with Dr. D'Alessandro for anyone who may be struggling to find their footing.

I have been seeing Jenny D’Alessandro on a weekly basis for about one and a half years. For each session, we meet for 45-minutes on Zoom. I enjoy our sessions together, and have noticed a marked decrease in anxiety since we began meeting. Jenny provides a kind, honest, and balanced approach to her work that I both appreciate and have benefited from greatly. I highly recommend Jenny to individuals who are looking to better understand their past feelings and behaviors, and how they can shift or modify these to achieve a healthier and less anxious life.

My session with Jenny was phenomenal, would definently be seeing her again because I can look in the mirror and see the change myself.
