Welcome to our mental health practice, where we provide expert medication management services tailored to individuals seeking comprehensive mental healthcare. With a specialization in medication management, our dedicated team is committed to helping patients achieve optimal mental wellness. We cater to individuals aged 15 to 80, offering various treatment options personalized to each patient's needs. Additionally, we are authorized to prescribe category 3-5 controlled substances for those who require them, but we do not prescribe any controlled meds in CO and ME at this time. We do not provide any stimulant for ADHD; however, we do treat with non-stimulant. We value efficient communication and prompt responses, so please be prepared to receive calls and text messages once you schedule an appointment with us—serious inquiries only, as we provide quality care and support to those in need. WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICARE, MEDICAID, AMBETTER, AND CARESOURCE CLIENTS AT THIS TIME. WE ALSO DO NOT DO ANY PAPERWORKS INCLUDING FMLA & DISABILITY AT THIS TIME.

The provider was aggressive, dismissive, and inappropriate. She doubted my medication history, demanded I show prescription bottles on camera, and pushed into traumatic personal topics despite my discomfort. The visit left me upset and distressed. I will not use this provider or Zocdoc again.

This provider is in Maine and said she cannot prescribe me medication, which is completely counterproductive for a psychiatrist. Their messaging portal also takes days for a response.
I had an outstanding virtual appointment with Sheeba, through Zocdoc. Despite the online format, she was incredibly thorough and made sure to address all of my concerns in detail. They were attentive and truly listened, showing a level of compassion and empathy that immediately put me at ease, even from a distance. Their professionalism shone through in every aspect of the visit, and they were patient in explaining everything to me. I appreciated that they took the time to ensure I fully understood my care plan without feeling rushed. The doctor is fine although I saw someone I was not scheduled with but the system is absolutely terrible. My first appointment, it was such a hassle to get scheduled then when I was scheduled they continued to send me messages saying my appointment was cancelled (over FIVE TIMES) and when I asked the office they ignored it and my concerns. The second time, I was scheduled at a certain time but received a text saying the office is closed that day. So the times you see available on ZocDoc are not actual available appointments. Then I got rescheduled to noon, but 15 minutes before my appointment they said my appointment was at 2:30. I asked them to correct it and they said that someone else was scheduled at that time even though it was confirmed. Then they offered me the 12:30 slot and said "if that is more convenient for you" as if they were doing me such a major favor for letting me have an appointment. The office is so terrible and such a hassle. I don't recommend.

I was under the impression that this psychiatrist, specializing, anxiety and panic disorders, and after she basically made me open up and tell her my trauma, she asked me if I was on drugs, so I highly do not recommend and she really should probably be mindful of her words
