I was greeting immediately after walking in. They also did not have me waiting in the waiting room for long and informed me that they when they were working on something for me. The staff was great and knowledgeable. The provider asked me all of the necessary questions and made sure I was comfortable. She even made sure I was good overall not just for the reason I came in to the office.

Sierra is kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and shows that she cares about my wellbeing which is, very important to me. She is thorough on her assessment and she made sure that, if I’m unsure or not understand anything medically to, notify her immediately. I am very pleased with her.

My visit with Sierra Thomas was wonderful. She took the time to listen to my questions and concerns. It was nice to know that she wanted to get to the root of the issue rather than find a quick fix. She is both kind and knowledgeable. It was truly refreshing to visit a provider who I know will take care of me and my family. I can’t recommend her more.

The ability to explain things in an understandable way of “This is what this shows and this is the recommendation and why” she was clear on what actions to take and when to follow up.
