I wish I could give a better review. The office seemed clean and in a good location. However the office never bothered to call to cancel my appointment or if they did there was no email or voice mail or text to say Dr had an emergency and would not be in. I moved meetings around for my own work to be at this location on time. I also paid for parking. Very disappointing experience.

In five years I had seven operations on my back. Four of them were spinal fusions. I have worked with some fine doctors and physical therapists but I reached the point where I felt I have reached a plateau in my recovery. I didn't expect miracles but I wanted to recoup some flexibility and motion that would allow me to pursue some of the activities that I enjoy and need! In three visits with Dr. Roy I I feel that progress has been made and there is hope that I can improve my current level of fitness and flexibility. I'm not expecting miracles but I am confident that progress will be made!
The office staff and nurses are pleasant and cordial and readily answer questions that make a new patient feel at ease. I'll keep you posted on my progress!

I've rarely had a better first visit with a doctor than I did with Dr. Roy. He listened well to my concerns, asked thoughtful questions, and never made me feel rushed. The other staff at the clinic were also kind and professional, and I had almost no wait time. The clinic is out-of-network only, but they contacted my insurance ahead of my appointment to verify my out-of-network benefits.
