Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, and my hope is that by the time you finish reading this, you’ll have a genuine sense of who I am and what it might feel like to work together.
I believe therapy isn’t about having all the answers or telling you how to live your life. It’s about creating a genuine relationship where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. You don’t need to have perfectly organized thoughts or know exactly what you want to say—we’ll figure it out together.
Some sessions may focus on anxiety, relationships, burnout, ADHD, or major life transitions. Other days, we might celebrate a small win, laugh about something that happened during the week, or spend a few minutes talking about your pets (because yes, I absolutely want to hear how they’re doing). Life isn’t neatly divided into “therapy topics,” and I don’t think our conversations have to be either.
I work with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults navigating anxiety, ADHD, depression, stress, self-esteem, executive functioning challenges, identity exploration, and relationship concerns. My approach is personalized and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness, strengths-based therapy, positive psychology, and solution-focused techniques. My goal is to provide practical tools while creating a space that feels warm, collaborative, and genuinely human.
Clients often tell me they appreciate that therapy with me feels like a real conversation. I’ll support you, gently challenge you when it feels helpful, celebrate your progress, and meet you with compassion every step of the way.
Whether this is your first time in therapy or you’re returning after some time away, I’m honored you’re considering taking this step. If it feels like we’re the right fit, I’d love the opportunity to support you in building a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and authentically your own.
