Dr. Jessica Au MD is a board-certified Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) physician focused on the non-operative treatment of spine and musculoskeletal disorders. She is fellowship-trained to provide fluoroscopically-guided spine and joint injections to treat acute and chronic pain. Her approach to patient care is comprehensive, utilizing any combination of physical therapy, medication and/or injections as needed, with the overall goal to improve an individual’s quality of life and daily function. Dr. Au believes in the Art of medicine within a scientifically based practice. Her goal is to develop a tailored approach to a patient's care, taking into account their lifestyle, activity level and personal preferences.

While my experience with doctor Jessica was good, her staff is completely upsetting story. I booked my appointment through zocdoc and called in to check if my insurance is accepted. They confirmed I am in network over the phone and when I visited, but later billed me as out of network. Numerous calls to clear this issue didn't help.
