I am an experienced psychotherapist serving adults of all ages, gender identities, and cultural backgrounds. I treat an array of issues, including but not limited to low self-esteem/confidence, anxiety, peer/romantic/family relationships, trauma/PTSD, grief, stress, life transitions, and existential/identity issues. I am open to meeting for a 1/2 hour free Zoom consultation to assess fit, if you like. My approach is interactive, collaborative and open-minded in helping you work through particular concerns and pressing issues you are confronting in your life. In doing so, together we will explore and identify blocks and unhealthy patterns that may be getting in your way of attaining the satisfaction and meaning that may have been eluding you in attaining the life you desire and deserve. You will find my therapeutic style to be warm, empathic, non-judgmental and affirming. First and foremost, establishing a safe environment for you to feel free to express yourself and feel heard and seen is essential. We will begin exploring what has brought you to therapy and what you are hoping to glean from this experience. As the therapeutic process is not linear -- it is not unusual for it to take unexpected twists and turns along the way that may in turn lead to unimaginable possibilities.
