I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 14 years experience working with children, adolescents, adults and families. Bringing experience in child welfare, foster/adoption, and all the struggles life throws at us. I am here to meet you exactly where you are, here and now. Trauma, Anxiety, Depression and life stressors can be challenging, together we can partner to help you reach your individual goals. I firmly believe you are the expert of your own experiences, you know you best. Your story is unique to you and so is my approach to therapy. I strive to create a welcoming space for you that is judgement free. A space where we can work as a team to work through challenges in life. During our sessions, you are the driver, you decide where we go. My job is to listen when you need an ear and challenge when you need a challenge. Using both cognitive based therapies and holistic treatment modalities we will work towards meeting your goals and reducing negative symptoms you are facing.
