Hi! I am a licensed outpatient mental health counselor with a community mental health background, and work with complex trauma through use of EMDR, as well as challenges associated with emerging adulthood, gaining independence, identity growth, and setting personal goals for growth. Additionally, I enjoy providing support to other mental health clinicians seeking services themselves. I offer one-on-one outpatient therapy using a variety of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), attachment-based therapy, and more. I view my work through trauma-informed and culturally-informed lenses. Building rapport and a trusting therapeutic relationship is of utmost importance in order for treatment to be most effective.
