The front office called many times and received my insurance info but didn’t tell me they were actually out of network until after the treatment.

I had severe back pain because of workout and bad posture. I couldn't sit or lie down because of pain. I've been getting treatment regularly and it's getting better day by day. I don't need to stretch my back every 5 mins anymore and I can sit for few hours without pain. It's very calm and relaxing place so I highly recommend this place for someone who needs mental therapy too. Jinsung Kim cares a lot about her patients and she's always open to what patients are saying. I'm really satisfied with the experience at Jisung Kim's acupuncture.

Amazing! That's a good word, but not good enough for how great Dr. Kim is. I had suffered a major fall down some stairs injuring my ankle and back. I tried several forms of treatment, but Kim's work had immediate and dramatic results. She was always personable and listened. Ji Sung is very gentle with her needle technique and has good bed-side manners. My shoulder and back pain got so much better after just a couple of treatments from her. I saw her for my cough with my cold and that helped a lot as well.

No one likes hurting needles, including me. But Dr. Kim's acupuncture was never painful, rather helpful. The atmosphere of the office was cheerful and all staff were having warm smiles.
