Many of us feel disconnected, stressed, and overwhelmed with life due to current global, environmental, community/family, and political strife. These feelings can often leave us suffering in isolation when what we need most is connection. If you are looking for support in finding joy, value, and meaningful connection in your daily life then please reach out! I offer a few different therapy modalities in order to provide the best possible services to my clients. While building rapport and trust we'll begin to identify what treatment options will best meet your unique needs, challenges, and comfort level. Clients who consistently attend sessions often see improvement in negative symptoms. My purpose is to be a neutral, safe space to explore and heal past and present wounds while creating coping skills that will serve clients in the future.
