The doctor is excellent but they overbook so the wait times are long. Be prepared to wait 2-3 hours or even longer, even if you arrive to your appointment early or on time. If you need a Chinese-speaking doctor and you're willing to wait she is a good doctor and the staff are nice but I suggest finding somewhere that can actually see you efficiently.

I waited over two hours. I got there early to fill out paperwork. Kind staff. Office a bit cluttered. Weight was taken in waiting room (super uncomfortable). I could only do the first half of intake because I had to race home in a cab to pick up my kids.
I wanted to work with them but my time is not flexible by two hours

Dr Xu is professional, thorough, and kind. Her office staff is very pleasant and competent. The wait midday on a weekday was surprisingly long, but the visit was worth it for me. Dr Xu heard my concerns and immediately took them seriously, which my last doctor did not.

I booked my appointment online and filled forms online. when I arrived the doctor office, I just need to provide my ID card and insurabce card. I waited about 10 minutes, the doctor's assistant started to exam me and did an electrocardiogram. Then doctor Xu asked more questions about my health. She askeds her assistant to get my blood for tests. Doctor Xu is an excellent doctor.
