I had my first appointment with Dr. Obi in January, 2025 - six months from this writing. She ranks among the best psychiatric nurse practitioners I have seen. First, Dr. Obi is competent and knowledgeable about psychiatry and psychiatric drugs. Second, she seems to care about me as her patient (for example, she encouraged me to call her if I ever run into problems between visits - no other psychiatrist says that). Third, on most occasions, Dr. Obi gets my prescriptions to the pharmacy with no problems. Fourth, on most occasions, she is punctual. Fifth, she has a sense of humor. Sixth, Dr. Obi is pretty and well dressed. Seventh, while she has an accent, Dr. Obi speaks English well and I seldom misunderstand her.
