JML Family Healthcare
JML Family Healthcare was founded in 2022 by Dr. John Lee. While working as a hospitalist in various Northern and Southern California hospitals, Dr. Lee recognized why many patients are in critical condition. It was the patients’ lack of quality primary care outside the hospital. And these people are mainly those with poorly managed and advanced-stage diseases. Dr. Lee was disheartened to treat patients suffering from complications of uncontrolled conditions and to diagnose cancer in patients with late-stage disease due to years of missed screening.
As he stressed to patients the importance of follow-up with primary care providers after discharge, he realized the challenge many patients face when trying to schedule a medical visit due to the lack of available providers in the area. Starting with Victor Valley, CA, Dr. Lee hopes to serve the communities needing quality primary care and promote health and wellness.
JML Family Healthcare seeks to diligently educate and screen patients to encourage the prevention of preventable diseases and early detection of treatable conditions. We aim to keep our patients outside the hospital by addressing their health concerns before they require a higher level of care. When our patients warrant inpatient care in the hospital, our providers are dedicated to ensuring an entire loop of care through appropriate follow-up in the clinic after hospital discharge.

Dr. Lee is truly the best physician I have ever had. I began seeing him several months and any time I need his assistance (anything from problems with a pharmacy on a Sunday night or need a last minute appointment) he goes above and beyond to reply immediately and accommodate. Dr. Lee is hands down the best health care provider I have ever had. He is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. However, what sets him apart from other providers I've seen is his genuine commitment to get to know his patients. Unlike many other providers, Dr. Lee takes the time to get to know you as a person, not just a patient. This is what sets him apart from other doctors and makes his care so effective.
