Led by Jose Gabriel Chavez, APRN, PMHNP-BC, AGACNP-BC Jose is a dual board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in psychiatric and mental health care, with a strong background in both behavioral health and complex medical conditions. He offers a combined medication management and psychotherapy approach delivered through secure, HIPAA-compliant telepsychiatry across all of Florida. Care is provided in both English and Spanish. Each treatment plan is highly personalized, integrating evidence-based practices to promote transformative relief, renewed optimism, and sustainable wellness.
