Hopefully, you’re open to exploring what might help you feel better as you move forward. My approach is collaborative. My intention is to be as nonjudgmental as possible, to validate whatever it is you’re going through, and help support your desire to enhance your wellbeing. I have experience working with various human difficulties. I am currently offering online therapy to clients in FL, MA, NY and Texas. I use elements of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) models such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) as well as psychodynamic theory models such as IFS and AEDP. Many years of varied life experience inform my sensitivity to issues of cultural and spiritual diversity. I appreciate the opportunity to work with each of my clients.
