Having been through various therapists throughout the years, Joelle's approach and professionalism has been a breath of fresh air. Within a few sessions I knew something had clicked. She always brings a warm and inviting energy to each and every session. As a sufferer of insomnia, she has provided me with fantastic coping mechanisms and advice, and she treats my issues with the utmost respect. Her sessions have really helped me work through things and I would recommend her to anybody who feels like they need someone to confide in when life gets too much.

Besides for being warm and engaging, she asks thought-provoking questions that have helped better understand myself and what my goals are . She has also given me strategies for managing ADHD, which have been really useful as I've incorporated them more into my life.
