Hi, I'm John Azevedo. I have been navigating the world of nutrition for optimal health for over a decade now. I have practiced as a dietitian in clinical, sports, community, and even corporate settings. No matter the setting, my goal is always to help my clients improve the way they feel. We work together to set small, actionable lifestyle changes in order to build a solid foundation of health on which to create a life of fulfillment.
Please note that many insurances will only cover nutrition counseling if you have certain medical issues like Diabetes or Kidney Disease. I will do my best to figure out if your visits can be covered, but will charge a cash rate of $100 for initial visits and $50 for follow-ups if visits aren't covered and/or a deductible has to be met first.
Once you schedule with me, I will reach out to you to confirm insurance coverage for our appointment and send you the link to my intake forms and Telehealth practice.

Doc Az was well prepared for my visit and filled in the blanks as we chatted. He listened to all my complaints and we brainstormed together to ameliorate my symptoms going over current supplements and medications.
