The office was very out of date with their equipment. I was weighed on a sliding scale. Despite my effort to look away from the numbers in front of me, my weight was called out. My questions were answered with “I don’t know” and “I can go find out if you want” in disappointed tones. In the other hand, the nurse taking my vitals was very kind and polite

Doctor John was amazing to say the least. A patient listener, and won't push drugs for you unless you really need it.
He will tell you all the side effects. He listens to you and talks to you and is so patient. Never seen a doctor like this, so far.

I was attended by Dr. Brian A. Carson, and he was excellent. He listened to me, taught me breathing techniques, and gave me his full attention. He was also super friendly. The clinic staff were amazing as well, providing great service even during the triage process. Overall, my experience was very positive!

The business model here is to order every possible test, make you pay for an office visit to “discuss” each one, even though you can see the results yourself and that they are normal. They barely use computers, instead illegible paper orders and files. I would not recommend this office.

My test results were held for six days I had to ask for them. And they didn't sent my test results to my doctors office because they didn't read the instructions on the form I gave them!
