My approach is caring and supportive, and I work closely with my clients - establishing treatment goals is always a collaboration. We will discuss and target the main issues that are of concern, and then establish realistic and achievable goals to reduce and eliminate problems. Additionally, a focus is to increase healthy behaviors and experiences. The therapy will look much like a conversation between us, but I will be sure to focus on your needs while infusing evidence-based techniques to help you feel better. I work exclusively with adults, and am committed to your treatment progress and mental health.
