They are very unorganized. No one collected my paperwork that I filled out the entire visit. I had to set it behind the desk at the end with no receptionist there. The RN scheduled me a follow-up appointment but the office never ended up scheduling it. The PA wanted me to get lab work for prescriptions, but wanted me to come in for an additional unnecessary appointment to collect the prescriptions.

This visit was a routine office visit. I was greeted with a smile by Jessica upon arrival. Adam the medical assistant went over medication that I am taking or have been perscribed and asked if I had any questions or concerns with them.
