Dr. Weinstein is a great and helpful doctor, however, I found the long wait time very frustrating and unnecessary.

I searched for providers that would take my insurance, uploaded my info prior to the appointment. I was told when I arrived at the appointment (after taking off of work) that my insurance was not accepted.
But the most offensive "suggestion" by the receptionist was that I look for care in my own neighborhood.

Wasted time filling out ZocDocs online forms to be filled out in the office again…. Then after waiting in smelly waiting room, the office didn’t have the right doctor for me (Ankle rolled)… partly ZocDocs fault as this was what I searched for and filtered.
From the looks of it, slow office and packed waiting room… go elsewhere.

While I waited a long time to be seen Dr. Weinstein wasted no time in getting xrays done and a referral for an MRI the same day. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Had a follow-up appointment a few days later to discuss my MRI findings and he was straight to the pointand gave me options to manage my condition.

Seemed like he only cared to get through as many patients as possible that day, went in for my injury, was barely examined and said just to get XRays and an MRI. Told him I had a business trip for a week in the coming days so if I emailed him my results could he go through them with me on the phone so I knew how to proceed and agreed at the time. When I called back once I received my results they told me he wouldnt do it over the phone now and I needed to come back in (probably so he could just paid for another appt.). I immediately found a new doctor and never would go back.

I arrived on time, which always makes the process easier. The receptionist/nurses were attentive, welcoming, and warm. Dr. Weinstein was able to help me articulate my pain and made suggestions that have dramatically improved my state of being. I definitely recommend him and would visit again.

Diagnosed issue correctly and was caring but didnt let me talk through my issue to completion which may have lead to tests and followups that were just not necessary.

On my first visit to Dr. Weinstein I waited over a hour because he was held up at the hospital so all his appointments were backed up. When I did see him he was very knowledgeable and very professional. But on my second visit, my wait time was less then ten minutes and as always he was very professional. I highly recommend Dr. Weinstein.
I came to see him because of extreme pain in my back and leg. He was very concern about the pain and order a STAT for a MRI and Cat scan. He called right away when the result came in and talked about how we will deal with problem. That made me feel good knowing that he cared about me and my pain. I'm very pleased with his service and highly recommend him.

I saw Dr. Weinstein for a specific accident injury. My first visit was 2 days after my injury and he told me to immediately obtain a back brace and referred me to an attorney. He spoke very frightfully of my injury and frankly was slightly terrifying. It was very bad bedside manner. When delivering bad news, a doctor should never make it seem like horrible news let alone a death sentence. I left his office devastated. The next visit he acted as though he never mentioned a back brace. That was my last visit.
