Many of my patients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or misunderstood—and we work together to create a clear, manageable path forward. My approach is warm, collaborative, and never one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re exploring ADHD for the first time or looking to optimize your current treatment, you’ll be met with care, attention, and a plan that actually fits your life. --- **For Colorado patients:** I prescribe stimulant medications **when clinically appropriate** as part of a comprehensive ADHD treatment plan. **For Texas patients (quick, important update):** We are currently in the final stages of enabling prescribing for Schedule II stimulants in Texas and expect this to be available very soon—within the next couple of weeks. In the meantime, we can absolutely get started, and many patients find it helpful to begin care now rather than wait. Treatment may include: * Non-stimulant ADHD medications * Off-label options, including other stimulant alternatives that may help support focus in the meantime * Support for anxiety, depression, sleep, and burnout * A warm, personalized, step-by-step treatment plan **Many patients choose to begin now so we can build momentum—rather than waiting to get started.** --- ### **The Journey Plans (Built for real, lasting progress)** ADHD—and mental health in general—requires more than quick, one-off visits. Very nice man. He listens and lets you get out what you need to get out. I have been seeing this man for a while and as long as he is open I am following him wherever he goes. I would pay out of pocket. He has changed my life. He put me on the right “cocktail” of meds for my Bipolar problem and let me tell you i feel as normal as a person with bipolar can feel.

It’s asks about bedside manner but I saw him on my computer but either way he is AWESOME. I am transgender and felt very comfortable right away. We talked about a lot of things in all of our visits. He gives me the time I need to vent and cry. Inthis time of trouble i our country he made me feel comfortable. He doesn’t try and change your meds if they are working. One of my meds I am on he doesn’t like to prescribe bit he said if it is working for me hem why change it AMAZING Doc!!!!!
