Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to have my appointment. I waited about 5 minutes and then called the office because I never received instructions on how to access the video call for my first visit. The office informed me that the provider had cancelled last minute due to an emergency. I completely understand that emergencies happen, but I wasn’t notified ahead of time, which was disappointing and left a bad impression for my first experience.
Assigned PA was not who the telehealth provider was rather i was seen by an NP who was difficult to get a hold of regarding requests and I have still yet to receive my prescription due to NP ignoring pharmacy requests to fax over needed information to fill my prescription of 8 years. I would not recommend psyche journey to anyone.
5 Stars : Thorough 1 Star: If you're a "complex" case, would be more beneficial to seek a different provider as you will most likely be referred to seek assistance with a different specialist

Desanne is a great listener and she said that she is going to do research on my conditions as I am a complicated case. She is friendly and he seems to really want to help me. She followed up with me in less than 2 days booked the follow up through her and was put on an amazing treatment plan that now if 4 months I am feeling great again.
