I work with individuals who have been struggling with trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues, often without finding relief from traditional treatments. Many of my clients feel disconnected, stuck in the same dynamics, and unable to make progress, often finding themselves self-sabotaging when things seem to be going well. If you’re curious, open, and ready to explore holistic and conscious ways of healing, I am here to support you on your journey toward a more balanced and authentic life. I have been on my own healing journey since childhood and have developed expertise in a variety of therapeutic modalities to support others on their paths. My approaches include Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), Psychedelic Integration Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Hypnotherapy, Yoga Nidra/iRest, and Energy, Chakra, and sound healing. I invite you to explore healing through these holistic methods, tailored to your unique needs. No matter your circumstances, I am confident that together we can create a personalized plan to help you become your best self.
