You should book with them. The staff is friendly and professional. The service was great from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. Little to no wait time. Mr. and Mrs. Joy were very informative which easy any fear or anxiety you may have. The bonus is a felt comfortable.

Facility is extremely welcoming and caring. I’ve never felt so comfortable and safe at any doctors office like I did here. The energy from the front desk staff, the hygienist and the doctor were so very lighthearted and over exceeded my expectations. Will continue coming here for all future appointments!

I highly recommend Joy Dental's Clinic in Pembroke Pines. The place is so clean and a good ambiance. The staffs are so accomodating with a big smile on their faces. They handle patients in a professional way. Dr Jayleen Joy explains very well about taking care of teeth and very friendly to the patients. Will definitely come back to their clinic. When I arrived, the office staff immediately greeted me. I was taken in on time and paperwork was straightforward. The appointment went better than expected. Sandra, the hygienist, did a thorough yet gentle job. I was then see by Dr. Benjamin Joy who was thorough, thoughtful, and educational! I didn't leave the office with any questions because they were addressed entirely beforehand.

Dr. Joy lives up to her name! Very kind, and thorough. She explained my dental treatment plan and expectations very clearly. I am one of the most apprehensive patients in the dentists chair, but Dr. Joy helped me feel at ease. I would highly recommend this practice.

I went to Joy Dental Pines and saw Dr. Benjamin Joy, DDS to get a routine cleanup and checkup of my teeth. The clinic was wonderful, I was in and out in a flash. The team was very kind and willing to work with me. I wasn't able to make the first initial appointment and they took the time to contact me back to ensure I could get an appointment that better suited my schedule.
Dr. Joy was incredible. Honestly one of the best Dentists I've been too period. He took the time to ensure I knew what was happening with my teeth's health. He checked to ensure there were no signs of gum cancer, provided alternatives to me for flossing (as this is something I'm prone to forget to do), ensured to inform me of the benefits of different types of mouthwash, was very friendly, and very willing to answer any questions I had.
I'm sad to say I've never had a dentist who took the time to explain even half of what Dr. Joy did for me in this one appointment. I would highly recommend him and this office.

Dr Joy and her staff were amazing. I had a major toothache and it turned out to be a major infection. Dr Joy immediately identified the issue and extracted the infected tooth. She explained in detail what the issue was and what I need to do in the future to prevent this from happening again.
I highly, highly recommend Dr Joy and her staff for all your dental needs.

Very pushy, I was scheduled to come in and do a cleaning all they did was take x-rays the assistant was awesome but I literally didn’t get anything done and I went in on a day I knew I could come in around my work times they just tried to get me to pay for a bunch of things. Not very thorough at all.

Dr. Joy has only ben in practice for five years, but I'm going to give her a shot. The only thing I didn't like was that the hygienist was acting like she was the dentist.

One thing that stood out to me was the efficiency of the staff. I am accustomed to waiting long periods of time to be seen. However, I must say I did not experience that here. Each and every individual with whom I was in contact with was very friendly and personable. Definitely a great experience. I have already booked my future appointments. Cannot wait to go back.
