There comes a time when we need some help from a certified professional to help cope with many of life’s challenges. Valerie is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Qualified Supervisor for registered interns in the Orlando area, and would love to help you on your journey toward healing and self-discovery.

Since opening the doors of her practice, Valerie has provided patients in the Orlando area and the state of Florida, with a variety of therapeutic services. Life can be overwhelming and sometimes even exhausting; that is why Valerie is here to guide you through any obstacles you may face. Her goal is to help you understand yourself more deeply and better cope with life's everyday changes in a way that brings you increased awareness, joy, and spaciousness.
