I’m a psychologist and psychoanalyst with many years in private practice working with children (ages 8 and up), adolescents, and adults to address challenges like anxiety, low self-esteem, depression, social isolation, and navigating friendships and relationships. I have a particular focus on working with preteens and teen girls who feel overlooked or misunderstood and may cope by forming judgments of others as a way to protect themselves from negative feelings. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can build confidence, improve relationships, and explore healthier ways to express their emotions. I know that reaching out for therapy can be a hard first step, and I truly admire anyone willing to begin this process. While I don’t accept insurance, I’m happy to help those with out-of-network benefits navigate reimbursement options.
