The multiple people that helped me were all friendly and knowledgeable. I've never spent more than a few minutes with the head dentist at a checkup, and granted this was my first appointment transitioning from a different dentist, but Dr. Fredericks spent a good amount of time getting to know me, reviewing my photos, educating me, etc. Wish I would have made the change sooner! Feels like this team really cares about the details and about you.

I have had some bad experiences with dentists in the past. My first, well my second appointment is next week and I feel I won't have the anxiety I did with previous dentists.
Would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great dentist.
I feel it starts with a great "bedside manner".

I had a great experience with Dr. Julia Federicks office, from setting up my appointment, to my first visit. Every step went really well. I don't like visiting dental offices but Dr. Fredericks and her staff changed my perception. They were very welcoming, professional and respectful. I hope to continue going there for my dental care needs.

Dr. Fredericks figured out my problem very quickly and recommended an agreeable treatment. They are very caring and reassuring while you're there. Asked if I needed a neck pillow, made sure I felt no pain, and the hot scented towel at the end of the treatment was so soothing!
