She wanted to listen and understand, and wad very respectful.
During the initial appointment she seemed friendly and eager to help me. She listened to me and showed support. In the end she recommended medication. After expressing my hesitation towards medication, she agreed we don’t have to start medication. She then booked my second appointment and asked to see me again. After the initial appointment, I realized she still sent prescription to my pharmacy despite we had agreed on not starting meds. She send me bill directly without using my insurance. During the second appointment, she continued trying to push meds on me. She had said multiple times that she’s a psychiatrist and indicated there’s nothing else she can help with other than prescribing meds. After I told her I’m not ready for meds yet, she lost interest and became impatient. She said “I have my next patient waiting now”. This is only 10 minutes into our appointment. Despite knowing that theres nothing else she can do for me, she still tried to schedule me for the 3rd appointment.
Julie was wonderful. My first appointment went very well and you can truly see her commitment to ensure her patients are getting the best care possible. I would recommend her to anyone!
Dr. Cain listened to me and was able to connect with my issues and find a solution. She made me feel like I was cared for and that my symptoms were valid. I can't imagine going anywhere else now that I have found Dr. Cain.

Absolutely wonderful appointment. Doctor Cain was respectful and kind and was able to both discuss and listen with me and give me the information I needed as well as a good gauge of what else I should do to continue on in life. She also guided me in multiple resources and was willing to ask questions and set up a return appointment to check in right away.
