Welcome to our mental health care facility! Our first visit will consist of a 60-minute psychiatric evaluation, where we will work together to develop a plan of care tailored to your mental health needs. During this evaluation, we'll take the time to get to know you, understand your mental health concerns, and develop a plan that meets your individual needs. We'll discuss your current mental health status, any history of mental health issues, any medications you may be taking, and any other treatments you may be receiving. We'll also take a look at your current lifestyle and environment, paying close attention to any stressors that may be impacting your mental health.
Once we have a better understanding of your mental health needs, we'll work together to develop a plan of care that is tailored to your individual needs. This plan may include lifestyle changes, therapy, medication, or a combination of treatments. We'll also set short and long-term goals for your mental health journey, and determine how we can best support you in achieving these goals.
We understand that the journey to mental health and well-being can be intimidating, but we are here to support you every step of the way. Our goal is to provide you with the best possible care, tailored to your individual needs. We look forward to getting to know you and helping you on your path to mental health and wellness.
