Bridget was phenomenal. Given this was my first visit with her, I don't foresee it being my last. She was super patient and reassuring the whole way through the appointment. I wasn't very keen on the idea of therapy, but I told her I knew it would benefit me in the long run and I needed to start somewhere. She wasn't pushy or making me feel any other type of way, other than comfortable and confident in my decision.
