Justin Gladney

My practice centers on providing affirming, evidence-based care for adults and couples seeking support with anxiety, depression, substance use, sex and porn addiction, relationship challenges, and LGBTQ+ concerns. I take a holistic and compassionate approach, recognizing that people heal best when they feel understood, respected, and empowered—not judged or pressured. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Attachment Theory, Motivational Interviewing, mindfulness-based strategies, and sex-therapy–informed models to help clients understand the deeper patterns influencing their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. I also integrate trauma-informed care, harm reduction principles, and a strengths-based perspective to support growth at your own pace. One of the key distinctions of my practice is my experience working with clients who feel shame, secrecy, or fear around their behaviors or identities. Whether you’re navigating unwanted sexual behaviors, exploring your identity, working through trust issues, or trying to improve communication with a partner, I provide a safe space where nothing is off-limits and everything can be explored with openness and respect. I work collaboratively, offering a balance of support, education, and practical tools. My goal is not only to help you understand why certain patterns show up, but also to help you develop strategies to create meaningful and lasting change. In couples work, I focus on strengthening connection, improving communication, repairing ruptures, and cultivating healthier dynamics—drawing from attachment-focused and Gottman-informed approaches. Overall, my practice is grounded in authenticity, curiosity, and the belief that every person and relationship has the capacity to heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels more aligned and fulfilling.
