The visit to this doctor was a waste of time. When I arrived, I was informed the doctor only accepts medicaid or out of network insurance. I informed them that my insurance was accepted and showed my email approval. I was informed that several people who booked an appointment online thought that but that’s not the case. Also, the only way an appointment could be made is through their front desk staff. In the case, the doctor must have approved it. I asked if that was the case, why did the doctor approve it without informing me that I had to be out of network.
This visit was definitely a waste of my time and money because I had to take off work, and spend roughly an hour and a half going there.
