Dr. Seo and his team changed the way I feel about dental visits! I was seen right away, which has not been the case in my past experiences. I made an appointment due to pain, and I was pleasantly surprised how fast I was seen. The office even called to see if I wanted to come in sooner, seeing I was in pain! The staff were professional and super friendly which made me feel very comfortable. The assistant, Sarah, was very kind and quick with x-rays—which are typically a pain! Everyone was very knowledgeable, and I never felt like I was being pushed into treatment nor felt like they were trying to sell me on anything. Dr. Seo was genuinely very caring and always made sure I understood everything before proceeding with any type of treatment, and super gentle which was a nice change!! Scheduling with Bailey was very easy and they were flexible with my schedule! She also looked into my insurance diligently to make sure I had coverage! 10/10 experience, definitely recommend JW Dental!

Dr. Seo’s clinic is well equipped with state of art imaging tools with that he showed the detail of my dental issues. After thorough review, he suggested several treatment plans with thoughtful explanation without rushing.

I did not receive care from the doctor I had selected. I thought I was going in for a cleaning but they just took X-Rays and gave a consultation. It did not feel like a professional environment and I will be going to a different dentist.
