Jamie took the time to get to know me.
I booked to get meds for OCD. She asked me about my medical history with head injuries so I informed her that six months ago I passed out due to hydration and hit my head. She then only wanted to talk about that even though I told her I drank both water and Pedialyte every day. She asked me to join her for another call the next day and I agreed, hoping she would be calmer. She hangs up, then calls the police on me. They said she told them I was starving myself. When I confronted her about this she shifted blame to me, like I was mad at her for worrying about my safety when she knew very well I was not “starving” myself. I hope she is a better and kinder listener in the future.
