Doctors office never called to tell me they were rescheduling appointment. Then, doctors office never called to verify benefits. Doctors are great, front desk sucks.

Have been looking for a good dentist in the area and was blown away at how I was given a last minute appointment. Staff was happy, smiling, kind. Office was clean, smelled great, loved the music by the way !

For some reason, I have chronically poor experiences with dentists (and "bad" teeth runs in my family - I take great care of my teeth and they look great but there's lots of underlying problems). Dr. Aditi Patel has wonderful bedside manner and made me feel more at ease than any dentist ever has - even my Boston dentist, who I did like. I have an upcoming appointment with her for some procedures while sedated, because the lidocaine shots don't work on me, and I'm not even that nervous. She took an incredible amount of time to comb through my insurance benefits and strategize the multiple things I need done so that I'm paying the least amount out of pocket - she is truly committed to patient care. It doesn't seem to be about the money for her, which is refreshing in the world of dentistry. I'm so glad I found her on here!
