I used the app to search for dermatologists. This was a primary care doctor. I wasn't seen. Was told he'd look at my area of concern but likely refer me to a dermatologist. I wasted a co-pay. The office was unprofessional. The front desk lady screams "patient ready!" Instead of getting up or calling someone. The office felt very cheap. They didn't even have a cord long enough for me to put my debit card pin in. Had to reach over the lady.
