My appointment with Dr. Huang was an interesting case. She is a good doctor and offers advice. The issue here is the billing/payment structure. Since I have an HSA card and was hoping to use it on this visit (since this was a general physical checkup appointment), that didn't happen. To make matters worse, the only way to pay for in-office visits was either cash or zelle (which seems very suspicious). I had to opt for the zelle payment, but it wasn't a comfortable experience. When I received another bill on 12/13/25 to pay off an additional remaining balance after the insurance review, the payment options were either zelle or check. This was my first and last visit at this office. To be clear, this was just a general physical checkup. I wasn't warned about the charges or the payment structure prior to the visit (if I was informed, I would've cancelled my appointment immediately. I do not recommend anyone coming to this office, until the payment structures are changed.

Dr. Kaijun Huang, is one of the best primary care doctors I’ve ever visited. She combines professionalism with a very calm and reassuring attitude. She listens carefully, explains everything clearly, and never rushes through the appointment. What I appreciated the most is that she makes you feel comfortable talking about any health concern, even sensitive or personal topics, without judgment. Her approach is respectful, patient, and truly focused on your well-being. I left the visit feeling understood and well taken care of.
