Kairos Psychotherapy & Wellness is a people-centered, strength-based mental health practice based in Montclair, NJ. We are dedicated to providing quality psychotherapy, while prioritizing safety, connectedness and cultural humility for our clients. We offer individual, family, and couples therapy, supporting clients as the navigate through the complexities of life. No matter what challenge you are currently facing, we believe that now is your 'kairos' moment - the 'critical, right or opportune moment' to make a change! At Kairos Psychotherapy and Wellness, we actively walk alongside clients in working through anxiety, depression, relationship ruts, and matters of personal identity formation. We walk with clients from all walks and stages of life, having special interest in supporting the growth and journey of Black, Brown, and BIPOC clientele. We offer in person and virtual sessions.
