I have been seeing Dr Howell for 5 weeks and he is absolutely fantastic. He is extremely attentive, comes up with clear “workable” plans for me to work on b/w visits and is extremely acknowledgeable regarding physical and mental health and wellness. There is no wait time at all and responds to messages in a very timely manner. His approach is genuinely and naturally gentle, caring , encouraging and sincere. He continues to make my journey of better mental health at a pace that I’m comfortable with and one that I find achievable. I can’t say enough positive things and absolutely highly recommend him!

Not only did Dr. Kaliym confirm my appointment, but he was also able to meet with me about 10 minutes early, which I appreciated. This was my first time ever seeing a therapist, so I was very anxious and unsure of what to expect.
I’m pretty sure he picked up on my nervousness right away and made an effort to ease me into the session. I was able to express myself comfortably, and whenever I stumbled over my thoughts or had trouble explaining how I felt, he helped me organize my thoughts and ground myself without making me feel rushed.
Most importantly, I never felt judged. I felt heard, understood, and comfortable enough to be honest. For my first experience with therapy, the session was much more positive and reassuring than I expected, and I left feeling genuinely glad that I went through with the appointment.
