I have a prior negative experience with a psychiatrist which made me a bit anxious to book an appointment with a new one. I found Kaliym on ZocDoc and was just booking consultations to see who would be a great fit. Based off of our first conversation it is clear that Kaliym takes pride in his knowledge and is excellent in communicating in words that can be easily understood. I didn’t feel any pressure or anxiety speaking with him. I shared my prior experience and thoughts about my feelings towards psychiatrists. Dr. Howell is an amazing psychiatrist. I do not have great experience with therapy in the past and felt like it was a waste of time but he gives great insights and helps you navigate through life problems in a fair way. He does not tell you what to do but he explains different scenarios to help you through your logic honestly. Definitely recommended and will be seeing him often.
