I am a seasoned primary care provider with over 25 yrs experience in healthcare, much of it women’s health. Menopause is a mysterious beast, an enigmatic process with elusive treatments and approaches. Kara provides a compassionate and holistic approach to navigating one of the most impactful hormonal changes in a woman’s body. She is well educated and thorough and gentle in her method taking the mystique out of one of the most normal parts of living. She has offered me valuable consultations and information that I can pass to my patients (and myself).
